Our approach Given the wide variations in project scope, objectives and target business, there is no 'standard' approach and our reviews can range from purely technically-driven (such as independent analysis of code libraries or application architecture) to process-driven (for example benchmarking of software engineering practices and procedures). A typical strategic technology review consists of 15-20 days of work, with a presentation and a comprehensive write up as key deliverables. We work closely with our client throughout an assignment to ensure a constant flow of information, and to pro-actively review the project scope and objectives in light of our findings to ensure that we address the issues that really matter.
